"Banquet" is the fourth studio album by Lucifer's Friend, recorded from January to June 1974 in Hamburg. The album marked a temporary transition from progressive rock to jazz fusion, which was well received by critics and became the best-selling album of the band. The album features John Lawton on lead vocals and Peter Hesslein on electric and acoustic guitars.

Pressure Drop is the second solo album by English singer Robert Palmer, released in 1975. The album features members of Little Feat and other guest musicians. The album features Freddie Mercury on vocals and piano, Brian May on electric and acoustic guitars, John Deacon on bass and acoustic guitar, and Roger Taylor on drums and percussion. Additional vocals were provided by Mike Stone on Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy. No synths were used in the recording of the album.
